Our FAA-certified technicians are equipped to handle both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance needs, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

1. Services

• On-site Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Rapid identification and rectification of mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues.
• Component Replacement and Repair: Capability to replace or repair unserviceable components, utilizing stocked parts or sourcing as necessary.
• Pitot-Static System Checks: Leak detection and system checks to ensure accurate flight instrumentation.
• Engine Inspections: Borescope inspections and minor field allowable engine repairs.
• Phase Checks: Execution of light line maintenance and phase checks.
• Airframe Repairs: Minor repairs including access panel replacements, latch adjustments, and door mechanism servicing.
• AD/SB Compliance: Assistance with Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin compliance, depending on task complexity and equipment availability.
• Avionics Troubleshooting: Basic line-level troubleshooting depending on task complexity and equipment availability.

2. Basic Aircraft Servicing

• Oxygen Service: Refilling and maintenance of oxygen systems.
• Nitrogen Service: Inflation of tires and servicing of struts.
• Hydraulic Fluid Servicing: Maintenance of hydraulic systems to ensure proper function.
• Engine Oil Services: Top-offs and sampling for analysis.
• De-Icing/Anti-Icing: Application of appropriate fluids as required.
• Tire Maintenance: Inflation checks and minor repairs.
• Pre/Post-Flight Inspections: Wide-ranging checks to ensure aircraft readiness.

3. Parts, Tooling, and Support

• Tooling: Aircraft jacks, torque wrenches, borescopes, electrical test kits, and more.
• Support for Special-Order Parts: Capability to source special-order parts and components through priority vendor channels.
• Our technicians also have access to a larger inventory of tooling and parts at our KILG (Wilmington, DE) Part 145 MRO.

4. Recordkeeping and Return to Service

• All maintenance activities are documented in compliance with FAA regulations.
• Documentation: Signed logbook entries or electronic work orders.
• Maintenance Releases: FAA-compliant maintenance releases provided.
• Electronic Reporting: Integration with maintenance tracking systems upon request.

5. Limitations

• While our maintenance services are extensive, certain limitations exist:
• Major Repairs: Complex structural repairs or deep avionics installations may require referral to our base facility located at KILG (Wilmington, DE).
• Aircraft Size: Limitations based on aircraft size and tooling availability.
